Eco-Tourism Society of Haryana

ESOHThe Eco-Tourism Society of Haryana (ESOH) is registered under Section 9(I) of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 on May 7th, 2013 vide registration no. 00063.

Eco-Tourism strikes a harmonious synergy between biocultural diversity conservation, local community empowerment and the need for sustainable travel. In view of this ESOH’s mission is to Conserve, Empower, Educate and Sustain.

Society’s Mission: 

To promote activities for the development protection and conservation of forest, wildlife and environment.
To establish and support for the implementation community based Eco-tourism by increasing local capacity building and employment opportunities.
To create biodiversity awareness and promote conservation education by interpreting nature to various stakeholders.

To inform and sensitize the stakeholders and general public towards Eco-tourism and lay down the framework for its growth in an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable manner.
